Privacy Policy

CONDOR Financial Optimizations ("CONDOR", accessible at condorcfo.ai) is an internal financial management platform built, owned, and operated by Main Street Group LLC ("MSG", "we", "our"). CONDOR is used exclusively by MSG and its affiliated operating entities to manage their own accounting. It is not offered to consumers or third-party businesses, and it has no public sign-up.

Who uses CONDOR

Access is limited to authorized members of MSG and its affiliates, authenticated through our Sunday identity service. We store the minimum identity information needed to operate access control: an opaque member identifier, a role, and a display email address.

Financial data we process

CONDOR processes the financial records of MSG's own entities: chart of accounts, journal entries, invoices, bills, payments, and related documents. Where we connect our own corporate bank accounts, we use Plaid Inc. as our data-access provider. Through Plaid we retrieve account information, transaction activity, and account statements for accounts our entities own. Plaid's handling of data is described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. We do not access, aggregate, or process financial data belonging to consumers or to any party outside our own corporate family.

How data is protected

• All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS via our edge network).
• Bank connection credentials are never seen or stored by CONDOR; Plaid access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and are accessible only to our backend service role.
• Databases enforce row-level security with tenant isolation; every financial mutation is written to an audit log.
• Access is role-based; sessions are server-side and cookie-scoped to our own origin.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not serve ads or use third-party analytics trackers on the platform.
• We do not collect data from the public — the only public surface of condorcfo.ai is this informational site.

Data retention

Financial records are retained as required for accounting, audit, and tax purposes under applicable law. A member's access can be revoked at any time by an administrator; revocation takes effect on their next request.
